Beyond Sydney
It is part of our mission at The Ent to provide specialist head, neck and ENT care for anyone, anywhere in Australia. All our doctors will consult in country areas and other city centres. We regularly visit Wagga and Griffith in country New South Wales and Canberra. However, we have seen and treated patients from all over Australia and New Zealand.For more complex cases that require surgery that must be performed in Sydney, we have developed processes to make the patient’s experience as seamless as possible. For instance, a patient in Wagga will most likely be reluctant, let alone anxious, at the idea of repeated visits to Sydney. So we have streamlined the treatment process such that only one visit to Sydney would be required.

Travel Assistance
NSW Health operates the Isolated Patients Travel and Accommodation Assistance Scheme (IPTAAS).
IPTAAS provides financial assistance from the NSW Government towards your travel and accommodation costs when you need to travel long distances for specialised health treatment that is not available locally.
